It is one very happy Friday for any and all Popaholics out there. Dr. Sandra Lee, MD, aka Dr. Pimple Popper, has been working hard today (she already popped whiteheads with Kelly Clarkson and Tracee Ellis Ross and charmed a snake). All her fans get the easy job: sit back and watch her work.

In her latest Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper is tackling a whole cluster of lumps and bumps on a man’s arm and back. There are too many to count, but that just means lots of good pops coming your way. She takes on one big lipoma first. She captions the video: “When you want to casually drop by a party but make a big entrance…..?POP? I’m here! ✌?❤️?#lipoma #thereitis #drpimplepopper”

Dr. Pimple Popper starts off by making a small incision on her patient’s arm—right on a huge bump on the side of it. Then, she uses her scissors and trims under the small opening in the skin to free the lipoma lurking underneath. (FYI: lipomas are actually benign fatty tumors that can weigh more than one pound.) Once Dr. Pimple Popper deems the lipoma free enough, she drops all her tools and gets squeezing.

This is the moment you’ve been waiting for, and so has her patient. He asks: “Am I going to feel this?” Dr. Pimple Popper confirms he’s all numbed and good to go, and comments, “Maybe that’s why they knocked you out the last time? You felt like you needed to be.”

It seems her patient took take care of dulling the pain all on his own. “He just told us he had some vodka before this,” Dr. Pimple Popper shares. No wonder he’s so chatty as she works.

He can’t see what’s going on, so he pesters the doc with questions: “You already got one out?” and “How am I doing?” The doctor replies, “No, no I’m just starting”, but almost simultaneously squeezes the baby lipoma out. Pop, there it is!

That lipoma certainly made an entrance. The video cuts out before she moves on to the other lipomas all over her patient’s arm, but no doubt she took care of each one.
