Machakos governor Wavinya Ndeti has pledged to fix the dysfunctional health sector within her first 100 days in office.Wavinya who began settling down to work as her new term begins promised to turn around the health care sector. This comes as several elected county bosses started working as they embarked on measures to meet their election pledges.
