IEBC asks court to dismiss Raila’s petition

The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission has challenged Raila Odinga to produce evidence that the election server was hacked and presidential results changed midair. The Commission through its lawyers said it conducted a watertight election that met the constitution threshold and that the court should uphold it.
