A new study has shown that Tanzanian women have consented to being disciplined by their husbands when they are wrong.

The study conducted by Tanzania’s National Bureau of Statistics stated that 65.8 percent of the women believe that it is a man’s right to discipline his wife when she is wrong.

63 percent believe that when the wife cheats on her husband, then she oughts to be disciplined.

Forty three percent feel that the discipline should be given when she does not take care of the baby.
