Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua has this morning held bilateral talks with Japanese Ambassador to Kenya Okaniwa Ken when he paid a courtesy call to his office at Harambee House Annex.
The duo held talks centered on deepening trade cooperation and promoting the cordial relations between Kenya and Japan.
The two countries have enjoyed warm and long-standing cordial relations since our independence.
The DP said that the Kenyan government appreciates Japanese support in various development projects in research, agriculture, health, Energy, Water, transport, among others and remains committed to strengthening and balancing trade between the two nations for prosperity.
