Siaya Deputy Governor Oduol back in office with a loud bang – Weekly Citizen

Siaya Deputy Governor William Oduol on Friday officially reported back to his office in style.

‘The Journey to positive progress is truly on course.May God bless Siaya County, ‘ Oduol said.

Businesses  across Siaya County were on Thursday brought to a standstill as jubilated voters welcomed back the DG who had been away for weeks.

Those interviewed called for an immediate truce between Oduol and governor James Orengo.
