Kenyans have taken to X , airing their displeasure on the service delivery at The National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA)

This comes a few days after The Cs Made an impromptu visit to the NTSA’s head offices in Nairobi where He  registered his displeasure on the delays on the side of the agency

During His visit, He assured Kenyans that in the coming days there will be notable difference on service delivery,

“I have given the NTSA two weeks to clear this backlog, and notify Kenyans of their nearest collection points, and put in place the necessary mechanisms to speed up the turn around time for processing and issuance of DLs, logbooks, and digital number plates,”

Kenyans however continue airing their grievances on X (Formerly twitter)

Kenyans have requested the Transport Cs to have the cost of renewing Driving licenses looked into,

In a statement on Monday, Murkomen defended his impromptu visit at NTSA headquarters.

He said he has been patient with NTSA, and that he needed to do more.

The CS went on to say that some individuals were not happy with his approach, but it needed to be done.
