Kakamega Homeboyz striker Allan Wanga has spoken shortly after he was dropped from the Harambee Stars AFCON squad.
Wanga who had earlier been shortlisted by coach Migne was dropped when Migne unveiled his final list of 27 players to feature in the Championships.
In a tweet, Wanga wished his team members all the best and further asked them to make Kenya proud.
”All the best to those who have been selected to represent Kenya at AFCON. Make us proud,”he said.
Meanwhile, President Uhuru Kenyatta on Thursday told Harambee Stars players to always be at their best and to ensure they represent the country well while in Egypt for the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) tournament.
The team which leaves the country tonight, will be based at Marcoussis, south of Paris where they will pitch their training camp.
