Mike Sonko had mentioned during the memorial service of the late Kibra MP Ken Okoth, that weed should be legalized to help curb diseases such as cancer that is killing a lot of people.
July has seen Kenya mourn the loss of great leaders such as Bob Collymore to Ken Okoth and Joyce Laboso to cancer and Mike Sonko has a small solution to the problem, marijuana aka weed.
Some studies have found that it might help ease some of the symptoms and side effects of cancer treatment.
As Sonko was giving his speech during the memorial service of Ken, he urged his fellow leaders to help pass the bill that weeds should be legalized in Kenya to help curb this problem.
Among the leaders targeted to receive the message was Babu Owino. He spoke up about it saying he thinks it should be legalized, however for other naughty reasons that have to do with ones bedroom game.
