Bishop Allan Kiuna has revealed that last year he was battling cancer adding that his heart goes out to all the families affected by cancer.

His admission comes a day after Bomet governor Joyce Laboso succumbed to cancer at the Nairobi Hospital.

In an article dubbed ‘My journey with Prostrate Cancer’ Kisumu governor Nyongo narrated how his cancer diagnosis came about adding that receiving the news was not easy.

The result of the medical exam revealed that the PSA was still rising; hence possibilities of cancer could no longer be ruled out.
The doctor ordered a biopsy, which revealed prostate cancer that was rather aggressive in its progression.
