NRG Media Limited owned by Kevin Mulei has sued it’s former employees Michelle Kamene Goro and Andrew Kibe Mburu days after they ditched the station to join Radio Africa’s Kiss 100.
According to a reliable source who spoke to Pulselive.co.ke, the Radio Stations is suing the two for breach of contract as they exited without prior notice.
Our source also divulged that the Former #NRGBreakfastClub hosts terminated their contracts prematurely, stating that he would not give more details since the matter was before a court of law.

A screenshot from the kenyalaw.org indicates that the two are supposed to appear before Hon. Lady Justice H. Wasilwa of the Employment and Labour Relations Court. The hearing of the case is scheduled on Friday (June 28th, 2019).
The two were poached to replace Adelle Onyango who hanged her boots in Radio after seven years.
Reports indicate that Kiss 100 will be re-branding with a complete new studio.

After their exit, NRG Management was forced to make a few changes that saw Mwalimu Rachael take over the morning show.

On June 15th, the NRG management organized a special send off-party in studio where the two presenters gave their parting shots to listeners and colleagues, as they shared a cake.
