“I watched President Ruto inspect the pass-out parade in quick time and wondered what would have been the future of our parades if things had gone the other way,” Mr Gachagua said.

This was second pass-out parade that the president was presiding within a space of two days. On Tuesday President Ruto presided over the pass-out parade of police officers in Kiganjo.
