The national soccer team has been bundled out of the 2020 African Nation Championships qualifiers after losing 4-1 on post-match penalties to perennial nemesis Tanzania at the Kasarani, Stadium.

The Kenyan charges under Coach Sebastien Migne failed to sparkle in the first half that ended 0-0.

The script was the same in the second half forcing the match to go straight into penalties.

Cliffton Miheso scored for Kenya while Mike Kibwage and Joash Onyango lost their penalties to hand Taifa Stars the victory.

The 2020 Africa Nation Championship will be held in Cameroon early next year.

Harambee Stars drew 0-0 with Tanzania in their first Championship qualifiers played last Sunday in Tanzania.
