National soccer team Harambee Stars have kicked off a training camp at Kasarani stadium in preparations for this year’s Africa Cup of Nations finals set to kick off next month in Egypt.
Musa Mohammed, Cliffton Miheso, and Masud Juma were among players who took part in the training session.
A week after Harambee Stars tactician Sebastian Migne named a provisional squad of 30 players for the AFCON finals, focus has been turned to training as the team is gearing up for a three-week camp in France, a precursor to the Africa Cup of Nations.
Stars are scheduled to jet out to Paris, on 31st this month where they will hold a 19-day residential camp before flying out to Cairo, Egypt, on 19th same month for the continental showpiece.

Football Kenya Federation has secured two friendly matches in France, against Madagascar on 7th next month and against Gambia on 15th same month.
Kenya will play her Group ‘C’ AFCON matches against Algeria, Tanzania then lock horns with Senegal in final group match.
This will be the 6th time for Kenya to participated in the Africa Cup of Nations finals the last time being in 2004 in Tunisia but the side was eliminated at group stage.
The next edition finals will be hosted by Ivory Coast in 2021.
