COTU Leader Francis Atwoli has praised President-elect William Ruto’s antics that saw him clinch the presidency.
Atwoli says that Ruto’s political skills saw him clinch the presidency in the just concluded general elections.
The sharp critic of Ruto has further urged people to accept Ruto’s presidency adding that it was God’s will.

“President-elect William Ruto has political skills and he has outsmarted us in Azimio. We must accept his victory as we move the country forward peacefully,” said Atwoli.
He further urged his community to stay calm since a number of them are in the Kenya Kwanza government namely Moses Wetangula who was elected speaker of the National Assembly and ANC leader Musalia Mudavadi who is set to be made chief minister.
“I told people to get used to Raila’s voice, I didn’t know I would come back home to tell them to get used to Ruto’s voice. But Ruto outsmarted us.”
