A Middle aged man from Kogana village, Homa Bay county, who went missing two weeks ago after travelling to Nairobi to mark the recently concluded Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) exams has been found alive.
Moses Odumbe, a teacher at Kogana Primary School in Rachuonyo North sub-county was spotted by CCTV footage on the evening of Tuesday, November 26, at Kamukunji grounds, Nairobi, after being searched by his family for several days.

Collins Odhiambo, one of the teacher’s relatives told Citizen Digital on Tuesday, they found the 49-year-old Odumbe sitting at Kamukunji grounds after getting a tip off from a CCTV footage which revealed his location.
The teacher left his rural home on Friday, November 8, to go and mark the exams at St. Georges Girls Secondary School in Nairobi but went missing on the first day of marking the exams.

His wife Joyce Odumbe in an earlier report said the father of six had told her phones were not allowed in the marking room but she was worried when he could not contact her after marking ended.
“By the time the (KCPE) exam results were being released, my husband should have returned home because marking exercise had ended,” she said.
The family had reported his absence at the Kendu Bay and Kilimani Police Stations in Homa Bay and Nairobi respectively.
