Huawei has launched the Nova 5T in the Kenyan market. The phone features four, rear-mounted AI cameras that capture stunning high-definition, ultra-wide-angle, macro and bokeh photography.
The cameras also create next-level videos. Rich, clear images and videos from vast landscapes to breathtaking close-ups. Powerful photo/video algorithms help you get colourful, high-resolution images and videos anytime and anywhere.
This is Huawei’s first smartphone in the Kenyan market this year. It is also the first Nova series to be launched in Kenya. This series has been available in other markets.
It features a big 6.26″ LCD display with a resolution of 2340 by 1080(412ppi) that fills pretty much all of the phone’s front, a quad camera setup just like the Huawei P30 Pro and a powerful HiSilicon Kirin 980 processor.
The phone is currently available on pre-order in Kenya until January 31. Customers who pre-ordered are privileged to get a free pair of the Huawei Band 4, the company’s smart band.
The phone is currently retailing at Ksh 42,000 only. It joins OPPO, Xiaomi, Vivo and Samsung devices in the competitive mid-range smartphone market in Kenya that offers classy features.

The device comes in three colours: Midsummer purple, Black and Crush Blue. A width of 2.91 inches and height 6.07 inches.
It sports FHD+ 2340 x 1080 resolution with a rounded corners design on the dewdrop display, the effective pixels are slightly less.
