The letter, which many are speculating it wasn’t written by the police officer in part reads,

I John Kipyegon Kenei cannot continue to live a life of fear anymore. I am not a coward and I cannot take my own life. But I know that I will not last even a week after the public gets to know about what happens at the third floor of DP Ruto’s Harrambe annex office.

The 33-year-old cop was on duty when the Sh39 billion fake military arms deal was being signed by former Sports CS Rashid Echesa and two businessmen.

I am now living in fear and everyday mysterious people,’ he added.
