Italian football club AS Roma has partnered with Missing Child Kenya to search for four Kenyan children who are missing in action.
The top Italian club on Wednesday, July 16, shared the plight of the minor on its social media media sites asking fans and the general public to help in tracing the kids.

The four children went missing in separate years between 2016 and 2018 and efforts to find them has proved futile ever since.
Brown Nyamweya Mamwacha from Machakos county went missing in 2018 then aged 15 years.
Joy Andeche Omuyaku got lost in 2017 at Machakos country bus in Nairobi, she was aged 15.
Also highlighted by AS Roma’s short social media video clip was the plight of the family of one-year-old Sam Ivan Oruko who went missing in 2016. The minor hails from Ndhiwa constituency in Homa Bay.
Last on the search list was Anita Njeri Nyambura from Mathare, Nairobi. The nine-year-old girl has been missing in action since 2016.
The campaign was launched during the unveiling of the club’s new signing, Gianluca Mancini.
The now former Atalanta defender and Italy international completed his medical examination penned a contract with AS Roma on Wednesday, July 16.
Locally, a similar gesture of searching for missing kids was demonstrated during Mashemeji derby between AFC Leopards an Gor Mahia on Sunday, May 20.
Players from both side walked into the stadium from their dressing rooms while holding portraits of missing children as opposed to usual ball boys.
The campaign was jointly organised by Missing Child Kenya, Kenya Premier League and managements of the rival clubs.
