Well, Kibe confirmed that he was devoted to the church and thought of becoming one. But he didn’t say why he backslid.
In a recent social media post, he wrote,
A few years back at this exact moment I would be in church singing and praising. How things change Huh. Do people still go to church ama niko alone?
Those who know the presenter from way back, conquered with his sentiments. They said he was a great ‘man of God’ and used to minister at a church in Langa’ata.
Andrew Kibe together with stylish pastor Robert Burale back in 2012 were the top pastors around.
From spreading the gospel to giving motivational talks, they indeed changed the hearts of many.

One of Kibe’s followers commented on his post saying, ‘You were actually a pastor’.
Kibe responded saying he has never been a man of the cloth despite rumours indicating that he was.

Despite the fact that Kibe denied being a pastor, some of his former flock flooded his post, reminding him that he was indeed a pastor.
