Petro de Luanda have finally confirmed the signing of Gor Mahia forward Jacques Tuyisenge in a deal valued at KSh 15 million.
The Angolan giants took to their social media platforms to announce the signing whose departure from Gor could leave the Hassan Oktay-side depleted in the attack line.

The move effectively ends Tuyisenge’s three-year stay at K’Ogalo where he made over 100 appearances for the Kenya Premier League champions.
Gor Mahia confirmed the departure of the star striker on Thursday, July 11, joining a host of other players including Francis Kahata in departing the KPL side.
“Tuyisenge is in the process of joining Angolan giants Petro Atlético de Luanda. Both clubs have agreed on terms of the deal,” a statement from the club said.

It is believed talks between Gor and the Angolan money-bags over the signing of Tuyisenge have been ongoing for weeks now.
The 27-year-old is understood to have impressed Petro Atletico when he played against them at this year’s CAF Confederations Cup, netting the decisive goal that dumped them out of the tournament.
Tuyisenge arrived at K’Ogalo in a KSh 4 million deal from Rwandan side Police FC in 2016.
Earlier, TUKO.co.ke reported Gor Mahia crashed out of the CECAFA Kagame Cup after suffering a 2-1 defeat to Zambia’s Green Eagles in the competition’s quarter final stage.
Gor were seeking a fourth CECAFA title, five years after making a return to the competition they last won in 1985.
