It’s said the Director General Eng Peter Mundinia who is linked to multibillion scams at the parastatal had pocketed the former chairman Eng Erastus Mwongera.

Other sources say Eng Mundinia was engaged in witch-hunting and those who don’t play to his games are hounded out of offices on flimsy grounds, installing faces that can help him loot millions.
Troubled Mundinia vehemently tried to block Eng Carey Orege who was being fronted by opposition Chief Raila Odinga, in favour of those he could arm-twist in dirty deals.

Understandably, some top managers’ bank accounts are being investigated by anti-graft agencies, including those of their respective girlfriends.
