Kenyans eager as seven judge bench retreats to write ruling on presidential election petition

Kenyans are eagerly waiting for the presidential results petition verdict expected to be delivered on Monday by the seven Supreme Court judges. The judges are currently in undisclosed place to write their judgment. The Monday announcement will determine whether President elect William Ruto will go ahead and be sworn in as the country’s 5th president or Kenyans will go back to the ballot for a repeat presidential election. This as leader allied to Kenya Kwanza called for patience as the country awaits the supreme court Monday’s verdict.
