Kisumu county government raises concern over US Embassy security alert

The security alert issued by the US Embassy to its nationals residing within Kisumu County has elicited concerns from a section of civil organizations as well as the Kisumu County government. A group of women under the umbrella “Luo Women Elders” termed the decision as negative profiling and wants the US Embassy to retract on the move.
