Landlords and Tenants Association of Kenya (LATAK) has urged landlords to offer rent waiver for three months following the economic disruption caused by the coronavirus pandemic.
LATAK also urged the government to assist landlords servicing loans to get a six-month moratorium from commercial banks.
In a joint press briefing with Matatu and Boda Boda Operators federation of Kenya Wednesday morning, the association urged the state to consider reducing levies on fuel by at least 50 percent and reconsider parking fees.
