The former home of the late popstar ha s seen its sale price slashed to less than a third of the original $100million asking price, and is now for sale for $31million, having been relisted on March 1.

The former home of the late popstar has seen its sale price slashed to less than a third of the original $100million asking price, and is now for sale for $31million, having been relisted on March 1.

The mansion was originally for sale for $100million in 2015. It was then reduced in price to $67million but still failed to find a buyer.

 

Neverland – which was named aft er J.M. Barrie’s Peter Pan – has now been rebranded as Sycamore Valley Ranch and the price dropped by $69 million, to $31 million, reports Forbes.com.

Jackson purchased the home in 1989 for $19.5million and turned it into a fantasy world complete with zoo, fairground and ferris wheel.
