Microsoft’s ‘Your Phone’ App now mirrors Android Notifications to your PC

If you have a Windows 10 PC, you’ve definitely seen an app called “Your Phone”. If you’ve ever used it you know you’ve been able to, after linking, access your phone’s pictures and reply to text messages directly from your PC.

With a new update, you can now mirror your notifications directly to your PC. Which is a good thing if you want to stay distraction free while working on an important thing.

Should work on all Android 7+ devices

You are still not able to directly interact with these notifications however. Like you can’t respond to a WhatsApp message, or like a reply to a tweet. Which makes the feature sort of useless if you are close to your phone all the time.

Your Phone app is yet to officially release another feature currently dubbed “Phone Screen” that will allow you to mirror the whole phone to your PC, and control it remotely.

If you use the Your Phone app, then this feature should already be available for you. If you’ve never tried it, download the latest “Your Phone Companion” app on Google Play Store and sync with your PC.
