The last time Miley Cyrus went through a breakup (with ex-husband Liam Hemsworth), she showed off her abs all over Italy. Well, she and Kaitlyn Carter just broke up, according to People, and now the “Don’t Call Me Angel” singer’s (subtly) flashing her insane body again.
In a new Instagram post, Miley strikes a pose in some gorgeous rock formations. In one shot, her totally jacked arm is behind her head, and her washboard abs are peeking out between her black crop top and cut-off shorts. In the next, her arms are propped up on the rock, and she can be seen smiling while gazing at her (super toned) legs. “Consistency,” the 26-year-old simply wrote in the caption.
While the rocks look cool and all, everyone zeroed in on Miley’s toned AF body in the comments. “Uh is this the gun show orrrr???” wrote her sister Brandi Cyrus. “Consistently smoking,” another said. And, of course, there were fire emojis for days.
While Miley’s body looks crazy-strong against any background, it seems like the pop star’s taking some time to get back to nature. She also recently shared some pics of herself perched on a rock in front of a gorgeous canyon.
Miley’s been busy lately with shows and promoting her new music, but apparently, she hasn’t skimped on the workouts. According to Women’s Health Australia, Miley is huge on practicing ashtanga, a physically demanding style of yoga that helps build core strength and flexibility—and she does it six days a week, TYVM. She also loves doing Pilates and follows a strict vegan diet.
