11 women were arrested in Nyali over suspicions that they are part of a group that records pornographic videos.
Two others identified as Merceline Atieno and Enock Ochieng believed to be the proprietors of the online pornography business were also detained.
Police suspect that Atieno runs a webcam service — Chat Bate in partnership with an international media company —Multi Media llc.
During the house raid, 16 laptops, cameras, mobile phones, flash disks and sex dolls were discovered.
On Friday, the suspects appeared before Shanzu Senior Principal Magistrate Florence Macharia but did not take plea.
Police requested for five more days to conclude their investigation, an order that was granted.
They are expected back in court on Tuesday next week.
