Bongo star Diamond Platnumz has revealed that he plans to host a major gig for his mother and girlfriend who will be celebrating a joint birthday on Sunday, 7 July.
The singer had earlier on created anxiety online after announcing the secret gig and since in the earlier interview he did not reveal what the event was, most people speculated it is going to be their wedding.
It so happens, Diamond’s lady, Tanasha and his mom Sandra Dangote share a birth date and for that very reason the singer decided to celebrate them both in a joint party.
The two have fueled rumors of a possible wedding for sometime now and most people hoped that it was finally coming to be.
To hype the party, a number of the Wasafi family have taken to social media to share snippet videos of how they can’t wait for one of the biggest events in East Africa.
Diamond had earlier revealed that the event will be an invite only and even guests will still have to part with 200k to secure a table.
The couple were forced to cancel their wedding which was scheduled for valentine’s day 2019 after hyping it up from the beginning of the year.
