The Nokia 3.2 is now available across retail shops in Kenya starting for a recommended retail price of Ksh. 13,999. You ca get it for less if you don’t buy from Safaricom shops though.
Like all other Nokia phones, you’ll be assured of OS updates for two years, and monthly security patches for 3 years. This is a good deal for a phone that’s 13k. But at its price point it competes directly with the Infinix Hot 7 Pro, the Huawei Y6 2019, and the TECNO Spark 3 Pro. Which is not the safest place to be, given this is a highly competitive section right now.
You’ll be getting a free 16GB memory card inside the box to make the total storage 32GB. Something I believe is part of Nokia’s realization you cannot sell 16GB storage for 13k in Kenya right now.
A unique thing you’ll love about the Nokia 3.2 is the power key that also serves as the phone’s LED notification light. I cannot wait to see how it is practical in the real world. There’s also a dedicated Google Assistant button.
