The Supreme Court has dismissed an appeal by Mr Walter Nyambati to unseat Nyamira Governor John Nyagarama.
The judges on Wednesday ruled that Mr Nyagarama was validly elected.
The Court of Appeal and High Court had also dismissed Mr Nyambati’s attempt to nullify Mr Nyagarama’s election last year.
