Okoth Obado returns to court

A Nairobi court will this afternoon decided whether to free Migori Governor Okoth Obado on bond or bail.

Justice Jessie Lessit is expected to give her ruling after hearing arguments from the prosecution and defence team.

The prosecution is led by Assistant DPP Jacob Ondari and Tom Imbali

Mr Obado is represented by lawyers Nicholas Ombija and Evans Ondieki.
