Tanzanian crooner Diamond Platnumz is the sum total of his mother’s determination to survive after their father abandoned them.
Known for hits such as Number 1, Halleluyah, Utanipenda, Sikomi, among others, Diamond Platnumz’ music is currently dominating the local airwaves thanks to his prowess on the mic.
The singer, has become the talk of the town after narrating his life journey leaving many hopeful. In an interview with Maina Kageni on Classic 105, Diamond revealed that he ‘tarmarked’ and did menial jobs to earn a living. At one point, he used to earn Sh90 a day.
