Stand-up comedian Ally Mwayongwe, popularly known by his stage name Shugaboy has declared his love for Kenyan songbird, Ms Akothee.
According to the entertainer, he has been holding his admiration for the musician and it is now time to open up his heart.
“Madam Boss is my all-time crush”, said the comedian who hails from the Coastal region of Kenya.
Akothee, real name Esther Akoth, is a single mother of five who is currently dating.
“The way things are unfolding, the woman that I am crushing on at the moment is Madam Boss, Akothee,” Shugaboy revealed in a video.
Confessing his love for the Kula Ngoma hitmaker, the comedian said that once he lands on her he would then be settled.
“I love her so much, and if I find her any time any day I will be good,” he hilariously stated.
Surprisingly, Shugaboy who also works as a Radio Maisha presenter, says that Akothee is appearing in his dreams.
However, he lamented that reaching out to the musician is not easy owing to her busy schedule.
Akothee, the self-proclaimed president of single mothers, is also a business woman.
She also has several business interests, including as an influencer, plus tours and travel industry.
She is the proprietor of Akothee Safaris, a Kenyan based Tour Company, the Akothee Foundation, a charity organization and Aknotela and Akothee Homes, a real estate business.
Of late, she has been parading her new mzungu bae at every available opportunity, whom she fondly refers to as Omondi Denis aka Omosh.
In January, Akothee with the entourage of her fiancée’s family visited her native home in Homa Bay County, a move seen as a way of formalizing her current relationship.
“I am not praying for the two to part ways, I am just trying my luck…Even Alfred Mutua separated with his wife…If I just happen to clinch the second position, chances are high I may become the ultimate winner. Nampenda sana Akothee, namkufia sana Madam Boss,” Shugaboy explained.
Dr Mutua is the current Foreign Affairs Cabinet Secretary, and in 2021 while serving as Machakos County governor, his wife, Ms Lilian Ng’ang’a separated from him.
Lilian is currently married to musician Juliani, and the two have since gotten a child.
