Defending Kenya cup champions KCB edged out bitter Rivals Kabras 44-20 on Saturday during Kenya cup action at Impala club.
The country’s rugby fraternity was treated to the best of rugby action as KCB defied all odds to win yet another decisive match over Kabras.
KCB Director of Customer Experience and Rugby Patron Job Njiru was elated with the team’s victory adding that KCB remains a formidable force on the region.
“We are grateful to God for the victory. The boys did a superb job and we are proud of this moment”, said Job.

Darwin Mukidza converted for KCB leaving the scores at 3-3 before adding another one to see KCB at 6 points.
KCB shone with brilliance as Oscar Simiyu went over for a converted try leaving the scores at 13-8.
Mukidza kicked in to see KCB leading 16-8 at half time before suffering an injury.
Scrumhalf Michael Wanjala converted for KCB to see leave the scores at 23-13.
Brian Omondi went over for a bonus point try to see KCB extend their lead to 30-20.
Substitute hooker Griffins Musila added the gloss to the scores going over with the final try after a 50 metres dash leaving the scores at 44-20.
