Kenyan singer Avril is in shock.
After dropping a heavy Lingala tune Kitoko featuring L Rice, one fan is not happy with the progress she is making. According to him, her time is up and she needs to go and take care of her baby.
During an interview with Ebru TV’s Nicki Bigfish on the Jibonge segment, the guy didn’t mince his words when talking about the mother of one. He said:
THESE DAYS AVRIL IS PAST HER PRIME, SHE SHOULD STAY AT HOME AND TAKE CARE OF HER CHILD.
When asked if he had listened to her new song Kitoko, the guy went in.
YES I’VE LISTENED TO IT BUT I DON’T LIKE IT. THE VISUALS AREN’T GREAT. IF I WAS THE ONE WHO PRODUCED IT, I WOULD HAVE DONE BETTER. THE AUDIO ISN’T GOOD AS WELL. SHE STILL SINGS AS SHE USED TO SING WAY BACK , WE’RE IN 2019!
The interviewer then asks him if Avril was there with him, what advice would he giver her?

Avril, who was behind the interviewee all this time listening to him talk bad, seems hurt and shocked beyond words. The interviewer asks the guy to turn back and to his surprise, Avril was right behind him.

Avril shared the video and tagged the producers of the songs J Blessing and Saint Kenya. She captioned the video:

After the video, some people commented agreeing with the young man, as others differed with his comments. So many other celebrities had their two cents in support of Avril but Noti Flow wants Avril to take a chill and let the newbies shine.
