
Social Media influencer Andrew Tate, and his brother Tristan Tate have lost their appeal and remain detained in Romania following human trafficking allegations.
The Tate brothers and their two alleged accomplices, former police officer Luana Radu and Georgiana Naghel, attended court to appeal against a judge’s decision to extend their detention further but the appeal was denied.
As the Tate Brothers were being escorted from the Bucharest Court of Appeals along with their two alleged female accomplices, Andrew shouts ‘You will find out the truth of this case soon’.
The former Kick Boxer insisted that there was ‘no evidence’ to the human trafficking allegations and that the prosecution was unable to produce any if probed.
‘Ask them for evidence and they will give you none because it doesn’t exist,’ Andrew shouts as he is being escorted from court to the police van. ‘You will find out the truth of this case soon.’ he adds.

A fleet of their luxury cars were seized and properties frozen for futther Investigation by the Romanian government.
Andrew Tate built his reputation as a kickboxer in the 2000s, winning the British International Sport Karate Association cruiserweight championship in 2009, and later on ISKA world title in 2011.
He later grew a fanbase on social media for his videos and arguably misogynistic points of view. He also developedb’Hustler’s University’ – a paid online community with the aim to help users to get way to ‘earn quick’.
Prosecutors have argued that the brothers, if granted bail, would ‘exercise psychic control’ over thier alleged human trafficking victims. However, the detained have not been officially charged of any crimes and remain innocent until proven guilty.
