John Terry’s dad, Ted Terry, was whisked away by police after the 65-year-old was caught having a verbal altercation with his girlfriend Evelyn Minkey in Chafford Hundred, near Grays, Essex.
Ted found himself in police dragnet after he was accused of attacking Evelyn with the mother of three calling him a psycho in a screaming bust-up.

According to UK Sun report, the former Chelsea star’s daddy shouted at the 42-year-old woman who got enraged and called the police after crossing to the other street.
It took the intervention of neighbours to call police attention who came in multiple number and took Ted away.
“He’s a psycho, get him away from me,” Evelyn was caught yelling with eyewitness adding she was also throwing phone at the 65-year-old man.
“There was lots of screaming and shouting and she was telling people to call the police, which someone did.”
“I didn’t see any injuries on her but her hair was all dishevelled,” eyewitness added.
He was later released without charge the following morning with two police officers accompanying him to his £380,000 home.
Ted, who divorced the Chelsea legend’s mum, hooked up with the mother of three who was living next door some years back.
John Terry, who is currently assistant manager at Premier League side Aston Villa is not a stranger to controversy in his personal life.
In 2010, an explosive story hit the airwaves suggesting Terry had an affair with his then team mate Wayne Bridge.
The father of twins at the height of his career was also accused of benefiting from hosting wealthy businesspersons on private tours of Chelsea’s training ground in Surrey.
