Celebrated Kenyan actor Dedan Juma was a joyous man when he welcomed his bundle of joy,a baby girl in the first day of the new year.
He shared the news through his social media platforms, facebook and instagram.To the actor,the arrival of the new born is an incarnation of his late mother who was a staunch believer in the almighty.
“My mother used to sing in our church 🛕choir for over 40 yrs,she was the ‘alto maestro’ that could sing both soprano and alto,she was a veteran for years.Her fellow choir members gave her the name ‘Bunde’ i believe maybe because of her resilience and the courage to pierce through hearts with the truth.she was also known as ‘msema okweli’,she loved us selflessly, today on the first day of 2023, at exactly 12:11pm,my daughter is born, good of health and sound,praise be to God my mum has been reincarnated HAPPY NEW YEAR!
I am a happy soul breathrens, words can’t explain!”He wrote.
His fans cheered him up with sweet congratulatory messages for the gift.

Life In Crime.
Before his exploits in acting, Dedan Juma was a thug.In a past interview he revealed witnessing his friend being lynched by a mob.
His church going mother disliked his errant living, there’s a moment Dedan gave her 15k he had gotten through mugging and she turned it down though she had money for food.It became a lifetime lesson for Dedan as he learnt his mother does not approve crime.
Juma acted as a detective in comedy series, Househelps of Kawangware,In Pepeta,a drama sequel on shomax he plays the role of Zeze a hardcore criminal.He has also featured in numerous tv commercials.
