TECNO’s Spark series is set for an update with the new Spark 4 Series expected in the Kenyan market from this weekend. Under the new line-up we can expect either 2 or 3 phones. Since we’ve already seen the Spark 4 Air launch in some markets, perhaps there’ll be three devices this time:
- Spark 4 Pro
- Spark 4
- Spark 4 Air
With the Spark 3 Series we saw only two devices: Spark 3 PRO (one of the best budget phones of the year) and the TECNO Spark 3 – a 3G only variant. That there is already a Spark 4 Air points to the possibility of three variants this time round. Or maybe the Air will just be Spark 4 in this market.
All variants of this phone that will be available, going with last year’s prices should retail below KES. 14,000. I am betting the Spark 4 Pro will be 13,500 and the Spark 4 Air will be either just above 10,000 or just below. What are your thoughts?
